Yes, I charge a planning fee for destination and vacation planning because your trip deserves the level of care, research, and expertise that goes far beyond simply booking hotels. My fee covers the hours I spend designing a personalized itinerary, vetting experiences, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every detail aligns with the way you love to travel. If you just need a hotel booking that is a complementary service.
Why are hotel bookings complimentary?
Hotel bookings are complimentary because I’m paid directly by the hotel, not by you. When I book your stay, the hotel shares a commission with me — which means you get my support, expertise, and access to exclusive perks at no extra cost. You’ll pay the same rate you’d find online (and often better), but with the added benefit of upgrades, breakfast, resort credits, and a real human looking out for you before and during your trip.

Once you decide to move forward, the planning fee is paid and the fun begins. I craft a custom adventure itinerary for you to review, refine, and get excited about. After you approve it, I handle all the bookings and logistics. Your only job is to pack, show up, and enjoy the adventure.
